What is the recommended platform, browser, operating system (OS) for OnDemandCM Platform?
We recommend the following to get the best ideal performance of the SigneDocs platform:
Microsoft Windows OS XP/2000/Vista
Internet Explorer Browser 6.0+
Minimum Pentium 4 Processor Speed CPU Machine

Apart from above you should have following on your machine:
1) JavaScript enabled
2) Flash Plug-in Version 8+
3) Foxit Reader Version
4) A screen resolution of 1024*800

What browsers has SigneDocs been tested on?
Here is the combination of OS/Browser where we have tested SigneDocs currently. We will be added other environments soon.
Microsoft Windows OS XP/2000/Vista  & IE 6.0/7.0

 

What are the known issues?
There are several known issues:

1) Macintosh  OS  & Safari 2.0.4 cannot display PDF's even after installing Foxitt Reader Plugin
Object tag and Embed tag not supported.  Safari do not support the Object or Embed tags. You will see the alert message, "Operation Not Permitted". Read More at Foxit site

2) "Failed To Load" alert message appears in Safari window.
When you use Safari browsers on Mac OS X v10.3.4 or earlier, Safari displays the alert message, "Failed To Load" in the top of the browser window just after the URL. This message is expected and does not display with Foxit in Mac OS X v10.3.5 or later.

3) Separate Instance of Foxit Reader Opens up.
When browser opens Foxit it opens a new instance of Foxit. If Foxit is open already, then browser opens another instance of Foxit.
