Can I add
any one to the CollabRoom? Does the members need to have a paid
On Demand CM account? Yes, You can add anyone to CollabRoom. They do not need to
have a paid account with On Demand. As long as one of the
Administrator's of the CollabRoom has an active paid account
with On Demand CM, the room will continue to exist and others
can use it for Free.
What are the roles for CollabRoom?
Viewer Can only view the documents.
Can participate in Polls.
Can see the shared calendar.
Cannot add new entries in calendar.
Cannot create or edit polls
Cannot invite new members.
Cannot add, delete members of the room
Cannot Participate in Discussions.
Cannot delete the CollabRoom
Contributor Can read, write, update and delete documents.
Can participate in Polls.
Can see the shared calendar.

I
logged into the Collabroom but I cannot access my inbox?
Logging into a Collabroom will only log you into that particular
room. Logging into full site will log you into everything you
have access to.
What is Save to My Documents for documents in CollabRoom? This is a feature for people
having paid accounts. They can save documents from within the
CollabRooms to Shared Drive or My Saved Documents and then route
them through workflows etc.
What is
Check in/Check out of Document? Check In/Check Out allows
for concurrent editing of document. A person can check out a
document and then upload a new version of the document by
checking it in. The document remains in locked state as long as
it is checked out and no one else can check it out same time.
Why cannot
I edit the document? See if the document is already Checked Out.
I see a lock in front of the document?
This means document is checked out.
What is My CollabRooms? My CollabRooms lists you all the rooms you are member of.
