How does one use the On Demand CM solution?
All this functionality is available for a low monthly fee from the industry leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) eSignature and Enterprise Content Management Company.


Do I need a On Demand CM account to send a document to someone?
Yes. You will need a account to send/share a document with anyone. You can send the document to anyone in the world with an email address and the other party does not need to create the account.


What are the different account types on ondemandcm?
You can purchase any of the following 3 account types:
1) Personal Edition - For single personal limited use
2) Team Edition - For smaller companies up to the size of 20 users
3) Corporate Edition - For companies having more than 20 users.
 

What happens after 3 months trial version expires?
After 3 months trial version expires, on demand cm platform will cease to work for you and all your sent documents & forms will go into Request Cancelled state. You will not be able to log in into the system after 3 months and neither will any one be able to view/sign/fill the documents/forms that you had sent.


How can I create an account on
On Demand CM?     Or
How can I sign up?
Simple click on Create a New Account from homepage of on demand cm, fill in information and your account gets created. You get 3 months to try
On Demand CM and then pay only if you like it.
 

What do the various links in left side column mean? Or
How do I navigate the site after logging in?

On Demand CM member page has been built after extensive User Experience study and is very easy to use.
Here is a glossary of what different links mean and refer to:

Inbox   -  lists your incoming documents & tasks. These are documents & tasks that you received from others.

Outbox - lists your outgoing documents & tasks. These are documents & tasks that you sent to some one or attached to a workflow.

Archive - lists your archived documents. (Not available in beta version)

Send Document - allows you to send new or saved documents to single party or to send a document via workflow. (Documents are fixed content like NDA, Agreements etc)

Send Form - allows you to send fillable pdf forms for others to fill and sign. (Forms are fillable pdf forms like HR forms, Insurance Applications etc)

My Saved Documents - lists your saved documents. By clicking on document name you can view details, send it to directly to someone or send it via workflow.

My Workflow - lists all the workflows that you have created in the past. By clicking on workflow name you can
view details and start workflow by attaching a document.

lists the forms that you have created and uploaded in the past.  By clicking on form name you can view details and start workflow by attaching a document.

lists the CollabRooms that you created and you are member of.

is the shared drive where you can access shared documents with your team members.

   Create New Workflow - enables you to create new workflows.

   Upload New Document- enables you to upload & save documents. 

   Upload New Form- enables you to upload & save forms that can be filled by others. 

   Create New CollabRoom - enables you to create new collabrooms for collaboration and sharing. 
 


What does Inbox refer to?

Inbox lists all the incoming documents and tasks. To navigate in inbox, simply click with mouse on desired item and corresponding actions get listed for that item.



What does Outbox refer to?

Outbox lists all the items sent to single parties or workflows. To navigate in outbox, simply click with mouse on desired item and corresponding actions get listed for that item.



What do various icons in Inbox/Outbox mean?
There are various icons used for listed items in inbox to help you easily navigate and see the status quickly.

refers to a Single Party
refers to a Workflow



What kind of documents can On Demand Platform handle?
ondemandcm Platform is very flexible and can handle any kind of content. We typically divide content into 2 types:
1) Documents -  Static Content that you can share with any one and send for esignature or collaboration. You can upload any number of documents and save them in My Documents Folder for future use.
2) Forms  - Dynamic content which you can send to others for filling in and then siging if needed. Currently supported form type is pdf only. You can upload any number of forms and save them in My Forms Folder for future use.



What is the recommended platform, browser, operating system (OS) for On Demand CM Platform?
We recommend the following to get the best ideal performance of the On Demand CM platform:
Microsoft Windows OS XP/2000/Vista
Internet Explorer Browser 6.0+
Minimum Pentium 4 Processor Speed CPU Machine

Apart from above you should have following on your machine:
1) JavaScript enabled
2) Flash Plug-in Version 8+

I click on F1 and help menu did not show up?
F1 for help works only on Windows OS. If you are using Mac or any other OS, F1 might not work for help. Simply click on Help link to get the help menu.
